Work in progress
As some of you maybe knew, our previous web has dissappeared in the internet vacui. We lost our previous domain and all the contents from the page as well.
So we are now working hard to get a brand new one which is more dynamic and features interesting content, as details about productions and also our daily work as demomakers.
Please bear with us while we finish recovering from the disaster.

Hey!
It’s nice to see that the group is still up and running, and sad to know that the previous website is lost. Anyway this new domain is more appealing than the previous .com one. I’ll be tracking this site from time to time, now that I know of its existence.
It’s a bit sad (to me at least) that no acknowledgement at all is made in the history pages to the old members who have made contributions to the group. Nevermind, I can live with that
Would someone please transmit my regards to Astharoth, HgH and Wally? Plus a cheer up for the new members I haven’t still met, of course.
I’ll be tracking the site every now and then.
¡Saludos!

OMG!
Pedro Gimeno! The creator of Spectrum Emulator!
I was your superfan
Sorry about not having written about all the previous members. We are trying to fill in with content… and I didn’t know about all the previous members
Also I can give you an account if you want to contribute, just tell it, it will be an honour!

Hi Sole,
«Pedro Gimeno! The creator of Spectrum Emulator!
I was your superfan :)»
Be careful with your words, I’m about to marry the first girl who told me that
Seriously, I hope you enjoyed the emulator. Too bad DOS died before I released V2. Admittedly mine lacked many features that others had (V2 tried to fill that gap but was too late), but you see, I’ve been always lazy to write user interfaces.
About old members history, I think there will be something in the Wayback machine; anyway I’m sure I must have a doc somewhere in the HD telling at least part of the story (at a bare minimum, a list of old members; I can’t remember exactly, sorry).
About the account, thank you very much for the offer but I have to decline it. When I’m ready to write, my first priority is my web page which isn’t updated for more than a year now. Anyway it’s rare I can submit any kind of material appropriate for a weblog.
Cheers,
– Pedro Gimeno
PS: Greetings also for Estrayk who I’ve seen wandering around!
PPS: Perhaps this is not the proper place for this kind of comments… maybe it’s time to set up a feedback form?

haha!
I downloaded the emulator from the old IBERTEX service that hobbypress provided. With a 1200 or less (i can’t remember exactly) bps modem, running in a 286 computer. I used it for playing “La aventura original”, “Army moves”, etc, which were available to download from that hobbylink “website”.
And about the wayback machine, yes, I think there was some content. I’ll try to restore as much as I can. It’s just we haven’t had time enough.

Fair enough. I’ll try and be patient!
